Our Canine Advocates have been enjoying being out in the community this year helping other people, groups, and organizations who also help the community.
Here are Canine Advocates Cooper, Jewel-Lee, and Nelly waiting to greet attendees at the Calm Pittsburgh Wellness Event.
We were there to show people how specially trained Canine Advocates help people heal from trauma.

We also attending the You Are Enough: Teen Wellness Event hosted by The Friendship Circle. The Canine Advocates were at the Wellness Station labeled: “4 Legs, 2 Feet, All Love”. Canine Advocates Jewel-Lee and Nelly helped teach kids about Animal Assisted Therapy.

Last week we were once again invited to the Allegheny County Office of Children, Youth, and Families’ Staff Retreat. This is one of our favorite outreach activities. It allows the CYF staff time to relax and play with the Canine Advocates while also learning about our program and the services we can provide for their clients.

Our Canine Advocates enjoy getting out and meeting people!
