All of our Canine Advocate Teams attended at Canine Fitness Seminar last weekend! It was hosted by Steel City Canine Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine.

Each of the dogs got checked by Meredith to see that all their muscles and joints were working well. Then we got to learn how to do different exercises to help strengthen their muscles and keep the dogs flexible and heathy.

Some of these exercises involved bright colored balls and ramps! It was a lot like gym class.

There was also a lot of discussion about teamwork and communication. There was a lot of fun new things to learn about our canine advocates and how we can help them stay healthy and fit!
