All of our dogs love to do tricks. Did you know that they have to learn special tricks called tasks to help them in their jobs?
Gryfffin, Cooper, Jewel-Lee and Nelly all know how to do fun tricks like give fist-bumps, spin in circles and play peek-a-boo. They get tested every 6 weeks to show they know new tricks.
They also all get tested on their skills to be able to open and shut doors and drawers. Training the dogs to perform these tasks helps the dogs learn to solve problems.

They know how to pick-up things off the floor. This task lets them be helpful when it is time to clean up toys or pick up a pencil that has fallen on the floor.

They also practice getting real small under chairs. This allows the dog to take up very little space while in court or out in public.

There a lot of skills and tasks all of our dogs perform on a daily basis. What are some things you do every day to be helpful like Gryffin, Cooper, Jewel-Lee and Nelly?
