There are a lot of dog photos here!

‘Where are all the people you help?’  Why is it there are only dogs in the photos?

We talk a lot of about how our Canine Advocates help lots of  people, but we never show you pictures of the those people?  Why is that?

It all comes down to a big word called Confidentiality.   Confidentially means that we keep the information, photos and stories about the people we help private and we don’t share them with anyone.   We do this to help keep our clients safe while they are healing from sad, bad or scary things.

Now you are thinking; ‘We have seen photos of the dogs with children before!’  Yes that is true.  Those are co-worker’s kids who have come to help us train.    You see their photos because their parents signed a paper saying it was okay to share their photo.

So, that is why you see lots and lots of dog photos on the dog blog!   Rest assured we are still helping lots and lots of people with our Canine Advocacy program!
